Return Policy
We are not accepting returns at this time.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges will not be accepted at this time.
Discontinued / Sale Items
All sales are final. If you previously viewed an item and it is no longer on the website, it has been discontinued.
Pick up Items
If your package is not picked up within 7 days of item being marked ready for pickup, it will be returned to inventory and you will have to repurchase the item. No refunds will be given.
Correct Address Information
**it is YOUR responsibility to make sure your address is correct, if your item/s are delivered to the wrong address, it is YOUR responsibility to retrieve the item/s.**
